3 Steps to Enrolling & Registering Your Student

Step 1- Submit Enrollment Form to CVA

You may email, fax, mail the enrollment form or drop it off at school. If you enrolling more than one child, please complete an enrollment form for each student. Enrollment forms are available on this page under enrollment & registration forms or you may call us at 651-523-7170 ext 200 to have one mailed or emailed to you.

Students in grades 3-10 who submit applications to Cyber Village Academy will be enrolled unless the application number exceeds our school's program, class, grade, level or building capacity. When capacity is exceeded students are accepted by lottery according to Minn. Stat. 1243.10, subd.9.

Step 2 - Fill Out and Return Signed Registration Forms

Upon receipt of the enrollment form, you will be notified via telephone and/or email if there is room for your student(s). After this conversation, we will send you a registration packet or your child will be placed on a waiting list.  Please complete all forms and return them to CVA promptly.

Step 3 - Sign Up for Orientation

Orientation sessions are held in August prior to the beginning of the school year, and by appointment during the school year. These sessions take place on campus and last 1 to 1-1/2 hours.  Sign up by calling Melissa at 651-523-7170 ext 200 or emailing monyango-robshaw@cybervillageacademy.org

All students and at least one parent/guardian must attend an orientation session prior to starting school in order to learn our computer systems.

Step 4 – (optional) Intake meeting

If your child has or needs an IEP, 504 or has qualified as or should be considered for Gifted/Talented services, please let Melissa at the front office know and you will be contacted by the appropriate staff member for a personal meeting to make sure your child is properly placed and supported at Cyber Village Academy.
