Cyber Village Academy is a 501(C)3 organization and is governed by a board of directors consisting of 3 parents of enrolled students, 5 teachers and 1 community member. The board normally meets monthly on the last Tuesday of the month from 4:30 - 6:00pm on the CVA campus from August through May. These meetings are open to the public. Board members are elected to 3 year terms by the vote of the parents of enrolled students and staff of Cyber Village Academy in the spring of each year.
