Please see the attached Safe Learning Plan. The plan was developed based on CDC, MDH and stakeholder feedback. The plan may change as we move throughout the school year based on new information and feedback.
School bus routes will run morning and afternoon with community stops in St. Paul. Routes will be determined by interest from families who sign-up for transportation. HAP Transportation will be our service provider.
Morning routes are determined by ridership. Afternoon routes leave CVA at 4:30pm. After school care and clubs and activities are available for students to participate in. Transportation is only offered on Monday - Wednesday for in-person school days.
For the start of the 2020-2021 school year, CVA will be offering bundled meals to families. Families can order bundled meals through the main office. Families who qualify for Free & Reduced Meals must fill out paperwork annually. Upon qualification, bundeled meals will be provided and available for pick-up weekly at CVA> .Please contact the main office.
Typically, Cyber Village Academy offers a hot lunch option on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays for all grades. Lunch order forms and payments are to be turned in to the office before the monthly due date. The due date for ordering lunches will be published monthly.
